General Information:
Delivery of our miscellaneous warehouse cartons is subject to product availability. Please call in for confirmation of stock availability prior to making payment. A proforma invoice will be issued upon confirmation of product availability.
A purchase order is required for custom cartons. Our prices and terms of sale are not subject to change without notice.Price is valid for four (4) weeks from date of quotation.
Delivery Time:
An order confirmation is issued upon receipt and processing of custom orders. Delivery/ shipping is scheduled three weeks from receipt of purchase order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your repeat order within fifteen (15) business days from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Local (St. Lucia) customers will arrange pick-up / collection in accordance with order confirmation.
Date of delivery of export orders may vary due to vessel shipping schedule.
Delivery Instructions:
Shipping will be agreed to with individual customers based on available options. Shipping costs are based on the order volume and delivery method. Please discuss with our sales team. Additional shipping charges apply according to the destination of the cargo.
